Return & Refund Policy

7 Days Easy Return

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it. The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

How to Return

1. Delivery পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে +880 1608-427742 নম্বরে Call বা WhatsApp করুন।
2. Pack the item securely.
3. Our delivery partner will pick up the item (or you may need to courier it back depending on location).

Refunds

Return পাওয়া ও inspection শেষ হওয়ার পরে approval জানানো হবে। COD order-এর approved refund 5–7 business day-এর মধ্যে bKash বা bank transfer-এর মাধ্যমে দেওয়া হবে। Delivery charge বা return courier charge প্রযোজ্য হলে refund থেকে সমন্বয় করা হতে পারে।
